About the Retreat

The CAN Medical Directors & Chiefs Retreat is an exclusive one-day event designed to bring together neonatology leaders from across California. Attendance is limited to approximately 50 to 60 participants to foster meaningful discussion, collaboration, and networking among colleagues.
 
This retreat provides a unique opportunity to connect with fellow neonatal leaders, share experiences and challenges, and engage in thoughtful discussions about the future of our field.
 
Key topics will include:
  • State-level advocacy
  • Safety and quality initiatives
  • Applications of artificial intelligence in neonatology
  • The future of neonatal care
  • Leadership development and skills
  • Peer networking and collaboration

No CME credits will be provided. Travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of attendees. A complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided.
